• The delivery might get a little late because of some natural factors like heavy traffic or bad weather conditions. Please bear with us in such conditions.
• Since cakes are perishable, we attempt delivery of your order only once. The delivery cannot be redirected to any other address.
• This product will be hand-delivered and will not be delivered by any kind of courier service.
• Occasionally, substitutions of flavors/designs are necessary due to temporary and/or regional unavailability issues.

Care instructions:

• Store your delicious chocolate rose cake in the refrigerator.
• Shaking and squeezing of the box should be avoided.
• The cake should be kept in a straight position.

• It is a customized cake and you have to give us the images you want us to put on your cake for decoration.
• We will only deliver the freshly baked cake.
